The International Snow Science Workshop (ISSW) exists to faciliate the interdisciplinary exchange of ideas and experiences between snow science researchers and practioners. The motto of the International Snow Science Workshop is "The Merging of Theory with Practice". ISSW hosts a biennial conference in the western North American mountain region that brings together researchers and practioners from all over the world.
The next ISSW Conference, ISSW 2012 will be held in Anchorage, AK, from the 16th September to the 21st September 2012.Visit the ISSW2012 website.
